What We Help With
Common mental health concerns we evaluate and manage through video visits.
- Anxiety and panic symptoms
- Depression and low mood
- Stress and burnout — including work-related stress
- Sleep difficulties
- Adjustment to major life changes
- Medication evaluation and ongoing medication management
As a matter of clinical policy, our providers do not prescribe controlled substances via telehealth. If you need a level of care we don't provide, we'll help you find it — no dead ends.
Online Anxiety Treatment in MA & NH
If anxiety is making it hard to work, sleep, or feel like yourself, a video visit is an easy first step. We'll talk through what you're experiencing and build a plan — which may include therapy referrals and, when clinically appropriate, non-controlled medications such as SSRIs, SNRIs, buspirone, or hydroxyzine, sent to your pharmacy.
Online Depression Treatment
Persistent low mood, loss of interest, fatigue, or trouble concentrating are treatable. Our providers evaluate your symptoms and recommend next steps — therapy, medication when appropriate, and follow-up. Some patients with more severe depression may benefit from in-person care, and we'll tell you if that's the better path.
Why Patients Choose Virtual Mental Health Care
Getting help is easier when the barrier is lower. Video visits mean no commute, no waiting room, and appointments that fit around work and family. Research shows telehealth therapy can be as effective as in-person care for most people with anxiety or depression, and virtual visits often make it easier to keep appointments.
Integrated With Your Primary Care
Mental and physical health are connected. As a primary care practice, RapidMDNow can manage your mental health alongside conditions like hypertension, diabetes, and chronic pain — one team, one record, no fragmented care. If you're recovering from a work injury, we also support the stress and mental health challenges that often come with it.
Care for New Hampshire Patients
Our clinicians are licensed in New Hampshire as well as Massachusetts, so NH residents can get the same video-based mental health support from home — same-day when available, same $79 self-pay option.
How It Works
- 1Book online — same-day and next-day video appointments are often available.
- 2Meet your provider by video from anywhere in MA or NH.
- 3Get a plan — therapy referrals, medication if appropriate, follow-up scheduling, and practical next steps.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a mental health visit cost?+
Self-pay visits start at $79. We also accept most commercial insurance plans — contact us to verify your coverage.
Can I get anxiety or depression medication through telehealth?+
In MA and NH, our providers can generally evaluate and prescribe many non-controlled medications for anxiety and depression by video when clinically appropriate (such as SSRIs, SNRIs, buspirone, or hydroxyzine), with refills sent to your pharmacy. In Massachusetts a good-faith exam is required first and may be done by telehealth. As a matter of clinical policy, we do not prescribe controlled substances via telehealth, and some medications may require an in-person visit.
Is online mental health care actually effective?+
Research shows telehealth therapy can be as effective as in-person care for most people with anxiety or depression, and virtual visits often make it easier to keep appointments. Some patients — particularly with more severe depression — may benefit from in-person care.
Do you see patients in crisis?+
We are not an emergency service. If you're in crisis or having thoughts of self-harm, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or go to the nearest emergency room. For non-emergency support, we're here — often the same day.
