Dr. Ajay Nanavati is an experienced primary care physician with more than 20 years in healthcare and is accepting new primary care patients. He founded RapidMDnow to improve access to employee wellness, workers’ compensation, behavioral health, and urgent care. His patient-centered approach helps coordinate care and support a safe return to work.

Shrinath Patel is building his primary care panel and accepting new patients. He is a Physician Assistant with a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration and experience in Psychiatry, Urgent Care, and Addiction Medicine. Julie Simoneau is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-BC) and a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing. With eight years of experience caring for adults and older adults, she focuses on post-acute care, chronic disease management, and care coordination for patients with complex needs. She believes care is most effective when it is personal and collaborative, and works to help patients feel informed, resilient, and confident in their care.
