A medical meal plan built around your culture
Most nutrition advice asks you to give up the food you grew up with. This does the opposite. Tell us your conditions and your cuisine, and we build a plan from dishes your family already cooks — adjusted carefully for your health.
How it works
Tell us about your health
Your conditions, any labs you have, and what your clinician has already told you. Every question is optional.
Tell us about your food
The cuisines you grew up with, what you love, what you skip, and how much time you actually have to cook.

Dal, pho, black beans and rice, jollof, roti — adjusted thoughtfully, with portions, recipes and a plain-language reason for each one.
How we keep it safe
- Your traditional foods stay on the menu. We adjust portions and cooking methods instead of deleting your culture.
- Allergies and religious dietary patterns are absolute. They are never treated as preferences.
- We never restrict potassium, phosphorus, protein or calories from a diagnosis alone — that takes a lab result or your clinician's instruction.
- We never diagnose, never comment on medication, and never promise a number.
Plans follow guidance from the American Diabetes Association, the American Heart Association, the National Kidney Foundation and USDA Dietary Guidelines, and every plan shows you which guideline shaped it.
