1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RapidMDNow's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services
RapidMDNow provides virtual and in-person healthcare services including urgent care, primary care, mental health, dermatology, and worker's compensation evaluations. Our services are available to patients 16 years of age and older.
3. Medical Disclaimer
Our services do not replace emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Same-day appointments are subject to provider availability and cannot be guaranteed.
4. Payment & Insurance
We accept most major insurance plans, including worker's compensation. Self-pay visits start at $79. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept FSA/HSA payments.
5. Appointment Policy
Patients are expected to be available at their scheduled appointment time. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future booking.
6. Limitation of Liability
RapidMDNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
