Can Pink Eye Be Treated Online?
Often, yes. A licensed provider reviews your symptoms and can look at your eye on video. Most pink eye is viral or allergic and clears up without antibiotics — we'll recommend supportive care and, for allergies, the right relief. When it looks bacterial, we can send antibiotic eye drops to your pharmacy. We'll also give you simple steps to avoid spreading it, since pink eye can be contagious. In Massachusetts a good-faith exam is required first and can be done by telehealth.

Pink eye is usually minor, but some eye symptoms need hands-on or urgent care. Please be seen in person if you have:
