Online Pink Eye Treatment
Talk to a Doctor Today

Red, watery, itchy, or crusty eye? Pink eye (conjunctivitis) is common and usually easy to manage. See a licensed provider by video across Massachusetts and New Hampshire for $79 flat — we'll assess your eye and send a prescription to your pharmacy when it's appropriate. (Additional charges may apply for related services.)

Pink Eye Symptoms We Help With

  • Redness in one or both eyes
  • Itching, burning, or a gritty feeling
  • Watery or thick, sticky discharge
  • Crusting on the eyelids or lashes (especially in the morning)
  • Mild eyelid swelling

Can Pink Eye Be Treated Online?

Often, yes. A licensed provider reviews your symptoms and can look at your eye on video. Most pink eye is viral or allergic and clears up without antibiotics — we'll recommend supportive care and, for allergies, the right relief. When it looks bacterial, we can send antibiotic eye drops to your pharmacy. We'll also give you simple steps to avoid spreading it, since pink eye can be contagious. In Massachusetts a good-faith exam is required first and can be done by telehealth.

When You Should Be Seen In Person (or Go to the ER)

Pink eye is usually minor, but some eye symptoms need hands-on or urgent care. Please be seen in person if you have:

  • Changes in your vision, eye pain, or sensitivity to light
  • Intense redness, or a recent eye injury or something stuck in the eye
  • Symptoms while wearing contact lenses (stop wearing them and get seen)
  • A newborn with pink eye (seek care promptly)

We'll help route you to in-person or eye care quickly if your symptoms point that way.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you diagnose pink eye over video?+

Usually yes — a provider can review your symptoms and look at your eye on camera. If anything suggests a more serious eye problem, we'll get you to in-person or eye care.

Will I get antibiotic eye drops?+

Only if your pink eye looks bacterial. Most cases are viral or allergic and don't need antibiotics — we'll recommend what actually helps.

Is pink eye contagious?+

Viral and bacterial pink eye can spread easily. We'll walk you through simple steps — hand washing, not sharing towels, and not touching your eyes — to protect the people around you.

I wear contact lenses — can I use this?+

Stop wearing your lenses and let us know — contact-lens wearers with eye symptoms sometimes need an in-person exam, and we'll arrange that if needed.

How much does it cost?+

$79 flat for self-pay; we also accept most commercial insurance. (Additional charges may apply for related services.)

Who can use this?+

Anyone physically located in Massachusetts or New Hampshire at the time of the visit.
