Online Rash & Skin Care
Talk to a Doctor Today

A new rash, breakout, eczema flare, or irritated skin? You can show a licensed provider on video — and a clear photo helps — across Massachusetts and New Hampshire for $79 flat. We'll assess it and send treatment to your pharmacy when appropriate. (Additional charges may apply for related services.)

Skin Concerns We Help With

  • Rashes, hives, and contact dermatitis
  • Eczema and psoriasis flares
  • Acne and breakouts
  • Bug bites, poison ivy, and minor skin irritations
  • Mild skin infections (like impetigo or folliculitis)
  • Cold sores and dry, irritated skin

Can Skin Conditions Be Treated Online?

Many can. Skin is well-suited to video care because a provider can see the area on camera and from a clear photo. They'll assess what's going on and recommend the right treatment — over-the-counter care or a prescription (a cream or an oral medication) sent to your pharmacy when appropriate. A quick tip: good lighting and a close, in-focus photo of the area help us help you. In Massachusetts a good-faith exam is required first and can be done by telehealth.

When You Should Be Seen In Person (or Go to the ER)

Some skin problems need hands-on or emergency care. Call 911 for a rash with trouble breathing or swelling of the face, lips, or tongue (a possible allergic emergency). Be seen in person for:

  • A rapidly spreading red, warm, painful area, especially with fever (possible skin infection)
  • Widespread blistering or peeling, or a rash involving the eyes, mouth, or genitals
  • A new, changing, or suspicious mole or growth
  • Any rash that's worsening quickly or not improving

We'll route you to our Chelmsford office or a specialist when that's the right call.

How It Works

  1. 1Book online — visits often start in under 5 minutes.
  2. 2Show the area to a provider on video and share a clear photo.
  3. 3Get your plan — over-the-counter guidance or a prescription to your pharmacy when appropriate, and what to watch for.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you diagnose a rash over video?+

Often, yes — especially with a clear, well-lit photo plus a look on video. If your skin concern needs a hands-on exam or a specialist, we'll arrange that.

Do you treat acne and eczema?+

Yes. A provider can recommend a treatment plan and prescribe topical or oral medication to your pharmacy when appropriate, and help with ongoing flare management.

Will I get a prescription?+

When it's appropriate for your condition. Some skin issues respond best to over-the-counter care, and we'll tell you honestly what will help.

What if I have a suspicious mole?+

New, changing, or concerning moles should be examined in person. We'll point you to the right in-person or dermatology care.

How much does it cost?+

$79 flat for self-pay; we also accept most commercial insurance. (Additional charges may apply for related services.)

Who can use this?+

Anyone physically located in Massachusetts or New Hampshire at the time of the visit.
