- 2 cans black beans (15 oz)
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 lime
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 avocado
- 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1Brush tortillas lightly with oil and bake at 400°F for 4–5 minutes per side until crisp.
- 2Warm beans with cumin and a splash of water; mash lightly and season with lime juice.
